• These rates include lodging and green fees for the golf per day, cart fee, and are per person, based on occupancy type.
• Room taxes are an additional charge.
•  In the case of rain, each golf course will determine whether to issue a rain check or refund due to course closing.
• A convenience fee of 4% is added to payments made by credit card.
• If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before scheduled check-in, a $50 fee will be charged to your card. All Golf and Group packages require a 30 day notice to cancel with a $50.00 charge to your credit card on file. A 21-day cancellation is required for all Golf and Group packages or you forfeit your full deposit. Any cancellation 14-days or less you will be liable for 50%of your total cost.(unless the State of Michigan issues a shutdown). Please understand, if we sell those rooms within those 14 days will adjust the charges of your total balance.
• We require a credit card at the time of booking to hold a reservation.  A deposit of $100.00 per room is required if booking 2 or more rooms, $200.00 per suite, $400.00 for group room and also required if you have a golf package. If you are a no show the credit card on file will be charged the full price of your reservation. Payments made by a credit card have an automatic 4% fee added, to avoid you can send a check be received two weeks prior to your reservation or pay cash.
• You may not reduce your days of lodging or rounds of golf after the 45-day cancellation policy has expired. We are happy to change tee times if available.
• Room check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am. Course vouchers may be picked up before check-in.
• We are a pet-free resort.
• All rooms and suites are non-smoking per Michigan law. Smoking is permitted outdoors.

• Room taxes are an additional charge.
• An additional 18 holes of golf is $32 Monday – Thursday and $35 Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. This includes cart and is payable to the pro shop (Gull Lake View Golf courses). In the case of rain, each golf course will determine whether to issue a rain check or refund due to course closing.
• A deposit of $150 per room, $300 per suite, and $600 per group room is required. One deposit check per group is strongly preferred. Individual deposits and confirmations will incur a $15 charge per deposit/confirmation.
• A convenience fee of 4% is added to payments made by credit card.
• Package cancellations are accommodated up to 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
